I received the following info today from Judy Gombita, and promised to pass it along:
“Communication Professionals are invited to participate in the international research: “The Study of Media Transparency and Payments for News Coverage Practices Worldwide”. This study is being led by Dr. Katerina Tsetsura from the University of Oklahoma and is promoted by The Global Alliance, the Institute for Public Relations (an independent research and education foundation in the US) and IPRA.
Being strongly committed with Ethics and with the promotion of global standards on the practice of Public Relations, the Global Alliance recommends that you take this survey and share it with your local professional community. It will take you 15 to 20 minutes to complete the survey and you can access it at http://www.globalpr.org/news/industry_news_direct.asp?v1=96. Please don’t fill out the survey more than once.”
